DEALER SUPPORT SERVICES for Wood-Mode

Wood-Mode factory representative’s office in Northern California is seeking to fill full time Order Expeditor / Dealer Support position. Work with dealers and factory to edit and expedite Wood-Mode and Brookhaven orders. Interact with factory personnel to gather information and provide follow-through for dealers. Coordinate trucking schedules with the factory.

We are looking for someone who is computer savvy and team-oriented. Understanding the importance of providing outstanding customer service is a must. Attention to detail is vital for this position. Cabinet or space planning experience is a plus. Help us grow our business by becoming an important member our organization.

We are located in a beautiful office and showroom only 1/2 mile from the train station (easy commute from San Jose or San Francisco).
